Grocery List: 1 LARGE bushel of kale
1 lb rigatoni (or other tube pasta)
1 lb ground italian sausage (if you like spicy, go with the the hot! It adds a great element!)
olive oil, salt, pepper
* parmesan (Shaved is amazing but shredded or grated are fine, too!)
Equipment needed: skillet, pot for water, stirring stick
