Serves: 4  Approximate Cost - $9.00

Grocery List:

  • 1 LARGE bushel of kale

  • 1 lb rigatoni (or other tube pasta)

  • 1 lb ground italian sausage (if you like spicy, go with the the hot! It adds a great element!)

  • olive oil, salt, pepper

  • parmesan (Shaved is amazing but shredded or grated are fine, too!)

Equipment needed:
skillet, pot for water, stirring stick
